Jointly organized by EAI and KIC, this conference examines the major trends of security and economic cooperation, and potential “disruption” in East Asia. Challenges include: the power transition in East Asia, the advent of an unpredictable Trump Administration and North Korean nuclearization. It is the intent of the organizers to promote academic collaboration between the scholars of South Korea and Singapore. This is the second conference in a series of cooperation between EAI and KIC-KHU.


